Łukasz Łojewski

Łukasz Łojewski has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Łukasz currently holds the position of Chief Design Officer at Flod, where they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at GogoApps as both the Chief Design Officer and Head of Design, from March 2023 to February 2023. Łukasz also served as the User Experience Lead at GogoApps from May 2020 to August 2020.

Before joining GogoApps, Łukasz worked at Efigence as the Product Design Lead from March 2019 to April 2020. Łukasz also held the role of Senior UX Designer & Team Lead at Efigence from September 2017 to February 2019.

Łukasz has a strong background in design and user experience, with previous experience at Bank Millennium as a UX Designer, where they were responsible for the user experience of new and existing products. Łukasz also served as the UX Research and Communication Team Lead at Bank Millennium, where they were responsible for usability research and online communication strategy.

Prior to their time at Bank Millennium, Łukasz worked at mBank S.A. as a Communication and Marketing Specialist, where they managed the BRE Bank website and optimized online advertising conversion. Łukasz also held the role of Internal Communication Intern at mBank S.A., where they managed the corporate intranet and conducted internal Sharepoint trainings.

Łukasz Łojewski completed their Master's degree in Neurokognitywistyka at Uniwersytet SWPS, from 2007 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including "Design Kit: The Course for Human-centered Design" from IDEO.org in April 2017, "Introduction to Design Thinking" from DESIGN PROVISION | strategic design in January 2016, and "Usability research with Tobii eyetracker system" from Eyetracking Solutions and Research in February 2013.
