Nur Hidayah Azhar has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Nur Hidayah started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Omni View Consulting in 2016. After that, they joined webe digital in 2017 as a Client Management professional. In 2018, they joined Gogoprint and was promoted to the role of Customer Service Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for multiple company websites in Singapore and Malaysia. Nur Hidayah also identified opportunities to enhance internal processes and promote best practices.

Nur Hidayah Azhar completed their Bachelor's degree in English for Professional Communication from Universiti Teknologi MARA between 2010 and 2014. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Applied Language with a specialization in English for Professional Communication from UiTM Shah Alam.
