Jonathan Zercher

Jonathan Zercher has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jonathan currently works at GoGuardian as a Senior Salesforce Administrator starting from 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at Cherry Creek Mortgage, LLC as a Senior System Administrator from April 2022 to March 2023. In this role, they were responsible for designing, building, and testing components and configurations for the launch of a new Salesforce instance. Jonathan audited automation processes, identified conflicts, and implemented improvements for greater efficiency. Jonathan used tools like Gearset, change sets, VS Code, and manual changes to deploy code and perform post-deployment steps for a successful build of the new Salesforce system.

Before joining Cherry Creek Mortgage, LLC, Jonathan worked at YETI Coolers from February 2016 to April 2022 as a Business Systems Analyst and Developer. Jonathan completed the implementation and testing of translation proof-of-concept for in-scope artifacts in the Marketing Cloud sandbox environment. Jonathan also handled the reconnection of Marketing Cloud sandbox with Salesforce CRM sandbox after refreshes and performed RCA on email deliveries and non-deliveries of transactional emails for business accounts.

Jonathan's earlier experience includes roles at Bristow Group Inc as a Master Data Analyst from October 2014 to October 2015, and as an Applications Administrator from November 2007 to October 2014. Jonathan also worked at Time Warner Cable as a Corporate Applications Administrator from June 2006 to September 2007, HSD Services Coordinator from September 2005 to June 2006, and SLCE and NOSA Administrator from February 2002 to September 2005. In their role as SLCE and NOSA Administrator, they managed lead tracking and management systems for high-speed services, collaborated with partners to ensure proper settlement, and implemented best practices.

Jonathan Zercher obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Southwestern University, where they studied from 1991 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Jonathan has also acquired certifications in the field of Salesforce. In 2023, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification. Both certifications were granted by Salesforce, with the former obtained in May 2023 and the latter in March 2023.
