Rajeev Damani

Rajeev Damani has extensive work experience in product management and business consulting roles. Rajeev currently works as the Director of Product Management at GoGuardian. Before that, they worked at Amazon as a Product & Tech Leader in the Amazon Fashion department, where they led a team in developing technology and data science products for pricing and promotions. Rajeev also held the role of Senior Product Manager in the Last Mile Delivery department at Amazon. Prior to their time at Amazon, Rajeev worked as a Senior Product Manager at Cognizant and Kohl's, where they focused on retail and supply chain management. Rajeev also worked as a Product Manager/Business Analyst at Best Buy, where they were responsible for gathering business requirements and designing and re-engineering business processes. Rajeev's early career included roles as a Product & Business Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services and as an Author and Retail Analyst at Retail Dude. Rajeev also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Marks and Spencer and as a Senior Business Consultant at Nokia. Rajeev began their career as a Management Trainee at Primus Retail Pvt. Ltd.

From 2006 to 2008, Rajeev attended Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Retail.

From 2003 to 2006, Rajeev studied at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi, and obtained a B.Com (H) degree in Commerce.

From 2001 to 2003, Rajeev attended Birla High School and completed their H.S. (Higher Secondary) education with a focus on Commerce.

From 1991 to 2001, Rajeev attended Shree Daulatram Nopany Vidhyalaya and completed their Metric education.

In addition to their formal education, Rajeev has also obtained various certifications. In 2016, they completed the "Digital 101" course through Cognizant's Corporate Massive Open Online Curriculum. Rajeev also became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance in the same year. In 2015, they obtained a certification in "Distributed Order Management - Sales Order Flow Management" from Manhattan Associates. In 2012, Rajeev earned a "Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis" from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Furthermore, in 2006, they received an "Excellence in Store Operations (ESOps)" certification from the Retailers Association of India.
