Eric Walsh MD DrPH has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Eric started their career as the Medical Director of Urgent Care at Loma Linda University in 2003. After that, they served as the Medical Director of the Family Health Division at the County of Orange Health Care Agency from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as the Director of the Public Health Department/Health Officer at the City of Pasadena. Eric then served as the Medical Director of Urgent Care at Guam SDA Medical Clinic from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Chief Medical Officer (Part-time) at Health to Hope Clinics and also served as the Medical Director at Bakersfield Family Medical Center, where they provided medical oversight and cared for patients in urgent care and wound care medicine clinics. In 2019, they took on the role of Medical Director at Hartford HealthCare and GoHealth Urgent Care, where they are responsible for the CT market. Finally, in 2022, they became an Adjunct Professor at the University of Saint Joseph.

Dr. Eric Walsh MD DrPH received their Medical Doctor degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 1997. Eric then pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) in General/Health Promotion from Loma Linda University, which they completed between 1997 and 2000. Dr. Walsh further expanded their education by earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from Oakwood University from 1988 to 1992. In 2006, they embarked on obtaining a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree in Global Health from Loma Linda University, which they successfully achieved in 2013. Additionally, Dr. Walsh completed the Black Executive Leadership Program at McKinsey & Company in 2021.
