Jennifer Barnes

Jennifer Barnes, MA CCEP, currently serves as the Compliance Manager at GoHealth Urgent Care, a position held since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Compliance Officer at Chesapeake Health Care from May 2018 to July 2022 and Complaint Resolution and Compliance Specialist at Salisbury University from February 2014 to May 2018. Jennifer's career began at the Salisbury Police Department, where a tenure as Detective spanned from January 1994 to February 2014, including a focus on child abuse and neglect as a Child Abuse/Neglect Detective at the Wicomico Child Advocacy Center from 1999 to 2006. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts, both obtained from Salisbury University.
