GOhiring is the leading software company for automated job posting and recruiting analytics. With our tool, recruiters can manage the entire job posting process in one place – from data-driven multiposting campaigns to in-depth analysis along the candidate journey. We help recruiters make the most out of their online job postings.

Your role

  • Build: You define & implement our recruitment strategy together with us.
  • Lead: You coordinate our recruiting team of motivated people and help them to develop.
  • Grow: You successfully build up our team with our hiring managers.
  • Creative Sourcing Techniques: Together with us, you create unique recruiting plans for each vacancy, ranging from active sourcing to ad campaigns with GOhiring.
  • Candidate Awareness: You adopt an active stance on social media sites like LinkedIn.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: You collaborate closely with the hiring managers to help candidates throughout the whole hiring process, from the construction of candidate profiles to the onboarding of new hires.
  • Analytics for hiring: By using data, you help us analyze and continually improve our hiring procedures.
  • Candidate Pool: Together with us, you'll create a talent pipeline for upcoming openings.

Your profile

  • Your heart beats for innovation, technology, and Talent Acquisition 
  • You’ve gained (first) leadership experience and want to continue becoming a leader
  • You enjoy being hands-on and involved in interviews and steering the process end-to-end
  • Professional hiring and active sourcing experience for tech and non-tech profiles 
  • Completed studies (e.g. psychology or economics with focus on "human resources") 
  • Fluent in English
