Serena Meade, RN, RCAL

Serena Meade, RN, RCAL, currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Icon, a position held since June 2022, following a tenure as Director of Customer Success at Caremerge from November 2021 to June 2022. Prior to this, Serena held various roles at Cedarhurst Senior Living from March 2018 to October 2021, including Regional Director of Operations and Director of Resident Care and Compliance. Serena’s earlier experience includes significant leadership positions at Cedarhurst of Edwardsville from September 2014 to February 2018, where Serena functioned as Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director, and Director of Nursing.
