Anisha Nair

Anisha Nair is a strategic support specialist and content creator at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) since November 2021. Prior to this role, Anisha worked as an L&D Operations Executive at Visible Alpha for a brief period in 2021, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Grasim Industries Limited from September 2018 to April 2021. Anisha started the professional journey as an intern at Aditya Birla Group from June 2017 to September 2018. Anisha holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, completed between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree from South Indian Education Society's College of Arts, Science and Commerce from 2013 to 2016.
