Rachana Smith

Rachana Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rachana is currently serving as the Regional HR Lead at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Axis Bank as a Senior Human Resources Manager from April 2018 to November 2022, and as an HR Manager from October 2018 to April 2022. Rachana also worked at Viacom18 Media Private Limited as an Assistant Manager - HR Operations & Benefits from March 2013 to September 2018. Rachana briefly held the position of Manager Human Resources at Prime Focus Technologies in January 2013. Before that, Rachana worked at Etisalat DB Telecom Pvt. Rachana Smith obtained their BSc. degree in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai between 2001 and 2004. Rachana then pursued a Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (MPMIR) from SNDT University from 2004 to 2006.
