Joanna Ioannou Galini Fcipd

Joanna Ioannou Galini FCIPD has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Joanna is currently serving as the Head HR Continental Europe/ Middle East & Africa at Swissport. In this role, they develop and implements the organization's human resource strategy and manages negotiations with unions and industry groups.

Prior to Swissport, Joanna held various HR leadership positions. Joanna was the HR Director at Pafilia, where they oversaw the HR function for the group worldwide. At Nielsen, they served as the HR Director for the MENAP and Sub Sahara Africa regions, developing HR strategies and policies in emerging markets. At NCR Corporation, Joanna held the position of Regional HR Manager, supporting HR initiatives and business units in the Middle East Africa region. Previously, they also worked as a Learning Consultant, designing and deploying learning programs.

Joanna's experience spans across multiple industries including aviation, property development, market research, and technology. Joanna has a strong track record of leading HR functions and contributing to organizational success.

Joanna Ioannou Galini FCIPD holds a degree in BA (Hons) Business Studies from London South Bank University. Joanna is also a Chartered Fellow CIPD from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
