Daniella Vivallo

Daniella Vivallo has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they were an Event Producer for Triciklo Producciones, where they were responsible for organizing and producing events of different kinds, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating the setup staff. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as the Head of Events and Promotions for Caja de Compensación 18 de Septiembre, where they were responsible for positioning the brand at different events, analyzing and managing sponsorships throughout Chile, and designing event strategies to retain customers. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at GOintegro, beginning as an Implementation Lead and then becoming an Employee Experience Specialist for Chile and Colombia, where they analyzed business needs and requirements with a focus on Human Resources. Daniella then became a Customer Success Manager and Program Manager, managing a SaaS platform for a Latin American Endeavor company, administering the commercial relationship with customers, and focusing on customer satisfaction standards.

Daniella Vivallo graduated from Universidad Santo Tomás in Chile in 2006 with a degree in Relacionadora Pública, specializing in Communications.
