Joel Rich

Joel Rich serves as the Vice President of GOJO/PURELL Healthcare, overseeing general management and organizational development within the division. Rich has extensive experience in healthcare sales and marketing, having previously held roles such as National Sales Director for Non-Acute Healthcare at GOJO, and Director of Long Term Care and Alternate Care at PDI. Earlier career highlights include positions at ARKRAY USA as National Sales Manager and various sales roles at Schering Pharmaceuticals and Novartis, showcasing a strong background in managing national sales teams and developing strategic market approaches. Rich has also contributed to education as a Spanish teacher and coach, earning recognition for excellence in both teaching and athletics during previous roles at Lawrenceburg High School and Atlantic High School. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington.
