Seth Solberg

Seth Solberg is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in quality management and operational excellence within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Global Quality Vice President and Strategic Operations Director at GOJO since April 2015, Seth has spearheaded strategic supply chain programs globally and led transformative initiatives during the coronavirus pandemic. Previous experience at 3M included roles as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Production General Supervisor, where Seth contributed to strategic planning and the initiation of Six Sigma programs. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo and furthered education at The Ohio State University.
