Job Description : We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Recruiter based in Louisville (KY). The Senior Recruiter is a key member of the team that works strategically with the National Director of Recruiting to attract, identify and hire excellent talent for our clients. This role will be able to work on permanent placement roles with our clients if available.  Within this role the Senior Recruiter will lead and manage multiple positions focusing on the day to day activities of the assigned account(s) by partnering with the Onsite Manager and client(s) to ensure high quality of productivity and standards. 

Primary Duties: 1/ Manage multiple positions for our clients which includes high volume needs. 2/ Mentors recruiters on best practices of the industry 3/ Implements all phases of the recruitment process such as but not limited to: Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Onboarding, Scheduling Start Dates  4/ Ensuring the right quality of candidates to drive the highest fill rates, show rates and retention. 5/ Assists marketing with job posting details to attract the best candidates 6 Must utilize the company technology by ensuring all actions required are taken for data accuracy. 7/ Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. 8/ Impact th NPS(Net Promoter Score) by providing the best customer service experience 9/ Performs duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements: 1/ 5 or more years in high volume recruiting or staffing 2/ Industry recruiting experience is a PLUS 3/ Excellent verband and written communication skills  4/ Bilingual a plus 5/ Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency 6/ Experience with effectively prioritizing workload 7/ Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve  client situations in a timely manner 8/ Proficiency using Google mail, calendar, and shared drives
