Jose Antonio Fernandez Acero has held various positions in the past few years. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at OPEN RENT (Old Herrmann Acero) as Co-Chief Executive Officer, where they managed a fleet of more than 50 vehicles with revenues of €30k per month and was responsible for national development. From 2017 to 2019, they were City-Regional Manager at Luckey by Airbnb, where they were responsible for planning, managing and coordinating the activities of regional branches and regional partners. In 2019, they were promoted to Country Manager at Luckey by Airbnb, where they were responsible for ensuring successful local planning and execution of the global strategy. From 2018 to 2022, they were Chief Executive Officer at All For Host, where they were head of growth and operation for a portfolio of over 450 apartments with revenues of €70k per month. Currently, they are Head of Operations & Staffing & Care at Gojob, where they are responsible for structuring, developing and managing the operational team of consultants/recruiters, as well as setting up new systems, tools and processes to allow recruiters to spend more time coaching and humanizing the relationship with candidates. Jose Antonio is also responsible for managing incoming flows (customer orders) and allocating resources in real-time to better anticipate peaks of demand and maintain productivity.

Jose Antonio Fernandez Acero's education history includes a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Universidad de Sevilla, which they obtained between 2009 and 2014 in the field of Ingénierie/gestion industrielle. Jose Antonio then went on to pursue a Double diplôme from Ecole Centrale de Marseille in the field of Finance - Energies Durables from 2014 to 2016, and a Double diplôme from HEC Paris from 2015 to 2016.
