Scholastica Okonkwo

Scholastica Okonkwo has a diverse background in customer service and banking, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative and Telesales Representative at GOKADA, a SuperApp for Nigeria, since September 2020. Previously, Scholastica gained valuable experience as an Accounting Clerk at Guaranty Trust Bank Limited Nigeria from November 2016 to August 2017, fulfilling roles as a Transaction Teller, Bulk Room Teller, and ATM Custodian (Assistant). Scholastica holds a High School Diploma in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Yaba College of Technology, acquired between 2017 and 2019.
