Bill Nichols

This person is Goken America’s VP of Operations, Bill Nichols. Bill creatively develops strategies and has a natural ability to connect and lead with all different kinds of people and personalities. When Bill started at Goken America 11 years ago, he was responsible for handling sales, recruiting, operations, and finance. This depth of responsibility created his deep passion for Goken. Now as the VP of Operations, Bill is leading many of these divisions by developing strategies for the future growth of Goken in order to better serve both their associates and their clients’ product development efforts. As a leader, Bill enjoys seeing people take responsibility for their actions, guiding his teams, and seeing these teams contribute to the growth of the company. Outside of Goken, Bill is passionate about his family. While not working, you might find Bill trying the latest Columbus restaurants with his family, golfing, or socializing over drinks. Bill also gives back to the community by participating in a number of charitable activities.
