Akanksha Jaiswal

Akanksha Jaiswal has worked in various customer success roles since 2015. Akanksha began their career as a Client Success Manager for Google Ads in 2015, where they worked as a Google Ads campaign manager, strategizing, executing and implementing Google Ads campaigns. Akanksha then moved to Logicserve Digital in 2019, where they held the role of Sr. Account Manager (SEM) and was responsible for managing a team of 4-5 people. In 2020, they joined ByteDance as a Global Client Success Manager, where they were responsible for the company's content platforms. In 2021, they moved to Birdeye as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they built strategies for engaging with clients on an everyday basis. Currently, they are a Sr. Customer Success Manager at GoKwik.

Akanksha Jaiswal completed their BCA in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from IMS UNISON UNIVERSITY between 2008 and 2011. Akanksha then went on to pursue their M.A in communication from Doon University,Dehradoon from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
