Siddharth Bangard has over 8 years of professional experience in the finance and accounting industry. Siddharth began their career in 2015 as an Audit Assistant at S.L. Chhajed & Co. Chartered Accountants, where they were a team member of the Central Statutory Audit team of a leading bank executing key areas, a team member in the implementation of Financial Information Systems & automation of medicine procurement process in a State Government Mission, and a member of the Statutory Audit team of a leading Telecom Company executing Key Areas. In 2018, they joined EY as a Senior Executive, where they were involved in executing Statutory Audit and Review engagements, scoping and planning of the assignments, and implemented Data Analytics for efficiency in assignments. That same year, they also joined Nomura as a Financial Analyst and S.L. Chhajed & Co. as an Audit Executive, where they lead a team of 8 in the Internal Audit of Listed clients and presented to the Board of Directors regarding SOP review, process mapping, & revenue leakages. In 2021, they joined Razorpay as an Assistant Manager, Business Finance, where they were responsible for the preparation and tracking of Annual Operating Plan of all the BUs, Business Unit P&L on MoM basis for Investor/Founders reporting at an Org level, and restructured the BU wise reporting structure of MoM employee costs. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Ocrolus as an Assistant Manager, FP&A and in 2023, they joined GoKwik as Manager - Strategy & New Initiatives.
