Srishti Soni has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked as an Equity Analyst at JMarathon Advisory Services Ltd., where they gained knowledge about technical tools used in the Forex Market and gained practical exposure through trading. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at NoPaperForms in various roles such as Customer Success Analyst, Product Consultant, and Associate Manager - Customer Success. Finally, starting in 2023, they began working at GoKwik as a Customer Success Manager.

Srishti Soni completed their Senior Secondary education in Commerce with Mathematics at Christ Church Girls' Senior Secondary School from 2013 to 2014. Srishti then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Bcom Honours with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management at Mata Gujari Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Marhatal, Jabalpur from 2014 to 2017.
