Mario T. Liao

Mr. Mario T. Liao, has been the Company‘s Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer since May 2023, having served as GOL‘s Corporate Finance Executive Officer since 2016. Mr. Liao has worked at GOL since 2005, having held leadership roles in the areas of financial planning, controller, treasury, risk, corporate finance and investor relations. He holds a bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Mackenzie, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, and several specializations in derivative instruments management. Mr. Liao is a member of the Financial Policies Committee, Risk Committee and Accounting, Tax Policies and Financial Statements Subcommittee of the Company.
