Michael Fish

Michael Fish possesses extensive experience in operations and claims management within the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Manager of Operations Support Services/Encounter Data at Gold Coast Health Plan since July 2014. In this role, Michael oversees the Encounter Data Team, ensuring the effective development and communication of EDI transaction maps and managing various EDI-related business support tasks. Previous positions include Supervisor at Lakeside Medical Organization, where responsibilities included staffing and process improvement for HMO claims, as well as Operations Manager at Triline Medical, where Michael managed client relationships and billing analysis. Michael's career also features roles at Primax Recoveries, Personal Insurance Administrators, and Blue Shield of California, with a foundation in financial analysis and claims supervision. Michael holds an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology from Southern California University of Health Sciences.
