Erin Scully

Erin joined Gold Coast Search Partners shortly after inception and is based in our Los Angeles office. Prior to GCSP, Erin led recruiting at Technology Crossover Ventures as the Director of Human Capital. At TCV, she focused primarily on hiring investment professionals at the Analyst to Principal level. Before that, Erin spent three years at Amity Search Partners, where she executed searches at the pre-MBA and post-MBA level for private equity, growth equity, venture capital, and hedge fund clients across the U.S.

Erin began her career as a Research Associate at Indaba Capital, a San Francisco based hedge fund. She graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Communications and was a four-year member of the Varsity Women’s Water Polo team.
