Catherine Abadji

Catherine Abadji is an experienced human resources leader, currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources for West Africa at Gold Fields. Previously, Catherine held the position of Human Resources Director at GBfoods Ghana and L'Oréal West Africa Ltd. Additional roles include Human Resource Advisor at SNV Ghana and Human Resources Manager at C.S.R Developments. Catherine holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (2006-2008) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast (1998-2001).
