Dipankar Srigyan

Dipankar Srigyan is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience in underground mine planning and production engineering. Currently serving as the Superintendent of Mine Planning at Gold Fields since July 2024, Srigyan previously held positions including Senior Engineer Planning Underground at Liontown Resources Limited, where contributions were made to the Kathleen Valley Lithium Project, and Senior Underground Mining Engineer at Mining One Consultants, focusing on feasibility studies for various minerals. Srigyan's background includes roles in mine production and planning at notable companies such as Sandfire, 29Metals, Glencore, and Gold Fields Limited, along with early experience as a Geotechnical Engineer at Norilsk Nickel Australia. Educational qualifications include a Master of Mining Engineering from UNSW and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology.
