Elliot Twum

Elliot Twum has extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving at Gold Fields since August 2014 in various leadership roles, including Engineering Manager and Acting General Manager, focusing on operational effectiveness and asset integrity initiatives at Tarkwa and Damang Mines. Prior to this, Elliot held engineering management positions at AngloGold Ashanti from March 2005 to August 2014, overseeing operations at both heap-leach and CIP mining sites. Elliot possesses a Master's degree in Mining and Management from Colorado School of Mines, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa, along with participation in an Accelerated Development Programme at London Business School.
