Maciej Urbanek is an experienced technical manager and naval architect with a demonstrated history of working in diverse roles within the maritime industry. Since October 2016, Maciej has held the position of Technical Manager at Royal IHC, after serving as Lead Engineer and Naval Architect. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Superintendent at Blumenthal Asia Pte. Ltd., Propulsion System Manager at Twin Disc, and various engineering positions at Damen Shipyards. Maciej began a career as a Research Assistant at the University of Strathclyde's Ship Stability Research Centre. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology, as well as a Master of Science in Management obtained from Gdańsk University of Technology and Delft University of Technology.
