Harry Frank is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Mining Engineer at Gold Fields since May 2023, Harry previously held the position of Senior Mine Engineer at KCGM from May 2018 to May 2023, focusing on production and planning. Prior to that, Harry worked at SilverLake Resources from July 2012 to April 2018 as a Senior Engineer and Vent Officer, as well as an Underground Mine Engineer specializing in longhole stoping and airleg mining. Harry's career began at Barrick Gold Porgera, where a diverse array of roles spanned from LOM Planning Engineer to Graduate Engineer from March 2007 to July 2012, emphasizing geomechanical core logging and production engineering. Additionally, Harry's early exposure during an industrial traineeship at Lihir Open Pit Gold Mine Ltd provided foundational experience across various engineering teams. Harry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mine Engineering from PNG University of Technology, earned between 2003 and 2006, along with a High School Certificate from Kokopo High School.
