Judith Schvimmer

Judith Schvimmer serves as Chief Legal Officer at Gold Flora, a premium California cannabis company, since July 2023, following its merger with The Parent Company, where Judith has also been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since January 2021. Judith's extensive background in the legal field includes roles as Chief Legal Officer at Left Coast Ventures and General Counsel at Lagunitas Brewing Company, alongside significant contributions to Jackson Family Wines, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. Judith has held board positions and leadership roles in organizations such as the Cannabis Beverage Association and the International Cannabis Bar Association, focusing on legal and regulatory issues within the cannabis industry. Educational credentials include a JD from Columbia Law School and advanced degrees in Literature and Women's Studies from Brandeis University and the University of Florida.
