Brian Tao

Brian Tao has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to present. In 2010, they began working as a Teaching Intern at Aim High, where they focused on developing curriculum on social justice, transition from middle school to high school, and college and career awareness for rising 7th, 8th, and 9th-grade students. From 2013 to 2014, Brian held the role of Student Affairs Assistant at the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management and Human Resources & Recruiting Intern at SS&C Advent. In 2015, they began working at MuleSoft as a Technical Sourcer, where they were responsible for onboarding, training, and hiring for the global sourcing team. In 2018, Brian moved to Uber, where they served as a Senior Technical Sourcer for Engineering Leadership. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Technical Recruiting Manager at TripActions and Lead Technical Recruiter at Robinhood. Currently, Brian is a Technical Recruiting Manager at Chainalysis Inc. and Network Operations Fellow at Gold House.

Brian Tao received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis in 2015. Brian also attended Aim High. In August 2022, Brian obtained the Recruiting Leadership Lab and Talent Advisor certifications from Recruiting Toolbox, Inc. Brian also earned the Cryptocurrency Fundamentals Certification from Chainalysis Inc. in May 2022.
