Flo Thinh Chialtas

Flo Thinh Chialtas is an experienced talent acquisition and management professional, currently serving as Talent Partner at DCVC, a venture capital firm that manages $3 billion in assets and invests in early-stage deep-tech startups. Chialtas is also a member of Gold House, a nonprofit collective of Asian leaders, and Chief, a network aimed at empowering senior women leaders. Previous roles include VP of People at NerdWallet, Advisor positions at Discord and Smash.gg, and Operating Partner at Khosla Ventures, where guidance was provided to over 70 startups. Chialtas began a career in recruitment at Zynga and held technical recruiting roles at Google and TEKsystems, where consistent top performance was demonstrated. Chialtas holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
