Nikolay Iordanov has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Nikolay currently holds the position of Director of Banquet Operations at both Marriott Resort Virginia Beach Oceanfront and Gold Key | PHR. Prior to this, they worked as a Front Desk Supervisor at The Founders Inn and Spa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Nikolay has also held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at both Delta Hotels by Marriott Chesapeake and LTD Hospitality Group. In addition, Nikolay has served in various roles at The Founders Inn and Spa, including Director of Food and Beverage, Interim F&B Director, Banquet Manager, and Restaurant Manager. Nikolay began their career at Capella Hotel Group as an Assistant Banquet Manager and Banquet Captain. Prior to that, Nikolay worked as a Banquet Captain and Banquet Server at The Founders Inn and Spa. Nikolay'swork experience also includes serving as a Banquet Server at Benchmark Resorts & Hotels.
Nikolay Iordanov earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Strome College of Business in 2006. They also obtained certifications in ServeSafe, and MART from the Dept. Of Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
