Ms. Praveen Chauhan, HR & Admin, at Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited and is responsible for complete HR Operations of the organization. She is a Post Graduate in English from Delhi University with an additional Management qualification in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and has around 20 years of rich experience in General Administration, Human Resources, Compliances & Operations. Starting her career way back in 1996, she has worked in reputed corporate giants like Aptech Limited, Wipro, Dalmia Group & Agarwal Packers, and Movers Limited. She has had exposure to diverse industries like Education, Logistics & BPO. During her past tenure, she has handled the additional responsibilities of Corporate Communications also. For the last many years she has been associated with various Universities & Colleges including various IIMs for taking Guest Lectures and has had the opportunity of being the Panelist in various Panel Discussions. She has also attended various HR Conclaves as a Speaker at different forums and has accolades such as ‘Woman of Worth’ & ‘Woman of Substance’ to her credit for being part of the Leadership Team.
