Wayne Acquah

Wayne Acquah is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in multiple global markets. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Elsevier since April 2023, Wayne previously held various roles at PayPal, including Vice President HR for Global Sales and Senior HR Director for International Markets, focusing on growth in Asia and Latin America. Prior to PayPal, Wayne contributed significantly to The Coca-Cola Company as HR Director for regions including Western Europe and Central East & West Africa, managing HR functions in over 35 countries, and held several strategic roles at AT&T. Wayne's career began at Rolls-Royce as a Human Resources Officer. Educational qualifications include an Enterprise Leadership Program from Harvard Business School, an MBA from the University of Liverpool, an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of West London, and a BA Hons in Business & Hospitality Management from Nottingham Trent University.
