Brian Harper has extensive experience in the food service industry, with a focus on operations and management. Brian currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Gold Star Chili, Inc., where they lead and manages all aspects of operations for company-owned stores. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Business Consultant at American Dairy Queen for over a decade. Brian also held the role of Grill & Chill Business Consultant at Diary Queen, where they played a key role in launching the new concept. Earlier in their career, Brian served as a Senior Operations Consultant at Dairy Queen, where they provided consultation services to franchise owners and operators to improve sales, profits, and operating standards. Brian began their career as an Operations Manager at Ryans Steak House, where they managed a large restaurant and was responsible for day-to-day operations.
Brian Harper attended Bowling Green State University from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
