Farai Chansa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in stakeholder mobilization and monitoring, evaluation, and learning within various organizations. Currently serving as the Stakeholder Mobilisation Manager at the gold Youth Development Agency since December 2021, Farai is responsible for engaging and selecting organizations for the gold program. Previously, Farai held multiple roles at USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management, including Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager, specializing in project performance analysis and resource utilization. Additional experience includes roles at Zoona and GOLD Peer Education Development Agency, where Farai contributed to product testing, training coordination, and service delivery. Farai holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies and Political Science from The University of Zambia and has pursued further education in participatory monitoring, evaluation, and business administration.
