Ken Koenig

Ken Koenig has worked in the food industry for over 25 years. Ken began their career as a Manager at Docks Oyster Bar in 1992 and then became a Franchisee at Ranch*1 Chicken in 1993. In 2002, they became the Director of Operations & Development at Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, NJ. In 2006, they were promoted to VP of Operations & Development at Mascott Corporation. In 2008, they were appointed Director of Operations & Development, U.S. at Danku Netherlands BV and also served as a Guest Speaker in Hospitality Management at the Institute of Culinary Education. In 2009, they became a Managing Partner at Koenig Restaurant Concepts LLC. In 2010, they were appointed Director of Operations at Just Salad, LLC. Finally, in 2018, they became VP Business Development at Goldbelly.

Ken Koenig attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General.
