Darin Test is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and real estate. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Goldbelt Inc since June 2022, Darin focuses on identifying and placing elite talent in challenging roles. As a Licensed Realtor with Juncture, also since April 2022, Darin assists clients with buying and selling properties in Missouri. Prior experience includes a decade with the U.S. Army, where Darin held roles as Talent Acquisition Manager and Instructor/Writer, demonstrating leadership in building motivated teams and developing training materials. Darin's early career included a position as a Recruiter at the U.S. Army Contracting Command, where networking and partnership development were key responsibilities. Darin's educational background includes studies at National University from 2020 to 2021.
