Brian L. Smith

Brian Smith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in workers' compensation and law practice management. Currently serving as a Partner at Goldberg Segalla since June 2023, Brian previously held the role of Senior Attorney at Goff Law Group from January 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, Brian was a Partner and Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney at Pomeranz, Drayton & Stabnick from September 2014 to January 2022. Brian's career also includes significant contributions as a Senior Workers' Compensation Attorney at Sharp, Shields & Smith from August 2000 to September 2014 and as Counsel at Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP from September 1991 to August 2000. Brian holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Hartwick College.
