Jason A. Ganfer

Jason Ganfer is a Partner at Goldberg Segalla, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Jason served as Counsel and Attorney at Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer LLP from August 2010 to June 2023, earning recognition as a Super Lawyers New York Metro Area Rising Star in 2017 and 2018. Jason specializes in residential and commercial real estate matters, encompassing land disputes, sales, purchases, leases, and the preparation of offering plans, while also representing title insurance underwriters and their insureds in title disputes. Before joining Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer LLP, Jason was the Associate Major Claims Counsel, VP at Fidelity National Title from January 2006 to August 2010, where responsibilities included managing claims exceeding $100 million and overseeing complex international transactions. Jason holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and an A.B. in Economics from Columbia University.
