Customer Experience Manager at Golde

Nina Coppin has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Nina began their career as a Technical Graphic Designer and Product Development Coordinator for the Li & Fung Group of Companies. In 2013, they relocated to Louisville, KY and began working in sales with Blush Boutiques, eventually becoming Assistant General Manager in 2014. In 2014, they began working with Madewell as a Keyholder and was promoted to Associate Store Manager in December of that year. In 2015, they began working with Free People as an Assistant Store Manager and with Madewell as an Associate Store Manager. In 2016, they began working with Warby Parker as a Customer Experience Lead and was promoted to Customer Experience Associate Manager. In 2021, they began working with Golde as a CX Manager, overseeing customer experience, collaborating with Co-Founders, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure an efficient and effective customer journey.

Nina Coppin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion & Retail Management from The Art Institutes, which they obtained between 2009 and 2011.
