Legna Santiago has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on the hospitality industry. LEGNA has held various roles throughout their career, including Director of People & Culture at Golden Age Hospitality, where they are currently employed. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Casamata Restaurant Group, where they established and managed the HR department for multiple locations, including restaurants in New York City and Los Angeles. Before that, Legna served as the Human Resources Director at ORANGE BRANDS MANAGEMENT, an international restaurant group with locations around the world. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Union Square Hospitality Group, Human Resources Manager at MAC Cosmetics - Estee Lauder Companies, and Human Resources Generalist at Dean & DeLuca and G+G Retail, Inc. LEGNA also worked as a Corporate Trainer at Arrow Electronics. Throughout their career, Legna has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, training, and leadership development.

Legna Santiago studied psychology at Stony Brook University, earning a Bachelor's Degree. LEGNA also obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from Adelphi University.
