Scott Fischer

Scott Fischer specializes in research coordination and materials application within the art materials industry at Golden Artist Colors since February 2018. In the current role as Research Coordinator and Materials and Applications Specialist III, Scott leads product testing research and drives knowledge management initiatives, focusing on technical documentation and quality assurance. Prior experiences include developing expert knowledge of over 100 products as a Materials and Application Specialist II and teaching design and art-related subjects as an adjunct instructor at the Cleveland Institute of Art and an instructor of record at Kansas State University. Scott holds an MFA in Painting, graduating summa cum laude from Kansas State University, and a BFA in Painting, also summa cum laude, from PennWest Edinboro. Additionally, foundational studies in anatomy, biology, and chemistry were completed at Cuyahoga Community College.
