Margaret Dwyer

Margaret Dwyer has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Margaret began their career at Aramark, where they held various positions and gained extensive food services experience. Margaret then worked at SYSCO as a Business Development Specialist and later as a National Account Executive. Following that, Margaret founded their own consultancy called Mama Mary Enterprises Inc., specializing in bakery products. Margaret provided sales training, recipe reformulation, and new product development for small businesses and start-ups. Margaret also worked at CSM Bakery Solutions as a North America-Key Account Manager/Business Development and as a New England Territory Sales Representative. Margaret's most recent roles include being the Director of Business Development at Unidine and the National Food Service Sales Director at Golden Cannoli Shells Co., Inc.

Margaret Dwyer completed their education from 1983 to 1985 at Sullivan County Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel Technology.
