Luis A. Montenegro has a diverse and extensive work experience in the facilities and engineering field spanning over two decades. Luis A. began their career as a Maintenance Engineer at Mission Industries in 1999 and worked there until 2004. Luis A. then joined MGM Resorts International as the Director of Facilities, a role they held for 12 years until 2016. From 2016 to 2021, Luis served as the Director of Engineering at Hilton Grand Vacations. In 2021, they joined Monarch Casino Resort Spa as the Director of Facilities, and in 2022, they took on the role of Vice President of Facilities - The STRAT at Golden Entertainment, Inc. Luis A. is currently serving as the Corporate Vice President of Facilities at Golden Entertainment, Inc.
