Kenneth Tan

Kenneth Tan has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience. Kenneth'smost recent role is as Human Resource Director at Golden Equator Group, which they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they served as Director of Human Resource at UEMS Solutions from February 2019 to September 2021. Kenneth has also held leadership positions at Markono Print Media, AnAn International Limited, Yusen Logistics, Global Airfreight International, Sino-Star Group of Companies, The HR People, and Shimizu Corporation.

Kenneth Tan completed a Bachelor's Degree (1st Class Honours) in Human Resources Management at Kingston University and also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Aventis Graduate School. Kenneth then pursued an Executive Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology & Management of Human Resources at The City University of New York. In addition, they obtained a certification in Total Rewards Management (GR1) for GRP Certification from World At Work (USA). Kenneth has also obtained several certifications including People Developer Standard (PDS) Assessor Certification from TÜV SÜD, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from Certification International, and Certificate of Employment Agencies from Singapore Polytechnic.
