Serigne Ndiaye

Serigne Ndiaye has extensive work experience in the finance and tax industry. They served as a Vice President at Golden Gate Capital since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at SurveyMonkey from 2018 to 2021, holding the positions of Senior Tax Director and Tax Director. Prior to SurveyMonkey, Ndiaye worked at PwC for over 10 years as a Director in the core tax practice, where they gained expertise in serving large and mid-size technology companies. They also worked as an Intern at various banks from 2002 to 2006. Ndiaye's experience includes preparing and reviewing complex worldwide income tax provisions, merger integration planning, implementation of new accounting standards, and ongoing compliance. They have also been an instructor and content developer for PwC's national tax conferences.

Serigne Ndiaye completed a Master of Science in Business Administration (MSBA) with a focus on International Finance at California State University, Stanislaus from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, Ndiaye studied Banking & Finance at CY Cergy Paris Université. Before that, from 2000 to 2002, Ndiaye pursued Management & Accounting at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
