Lucía Lainez

Lucía Lainez is an experienced Director of Early Learning at LaLa Speech Therapy, Inc., with a focus on enhancing client retention through the creation of onboarding processes and direct service policies. Lucía has extensive experience as a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist and Early Feeding Specialist at the Golden Gate Regional Center, diagnosing and treating pediatric speech and feeding disorders in a natural environment, and collaborating with various professionals to develop intervention plans. Lucía has contributed to multiple organizations, improving communication and outcomes for young children and their families, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Education includes a Master of Science in Communicative Disorders and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from San Francisco State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Teaching English as a Second Language.
