Tayler O'Connell

Tayler O'Connell has worked as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Golden Gate University since February 2021. Prior to that, they held roles including Interim Finance Director, Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst at the same institution. They also worked as a Student Funds Specialist at Golden Gate University from November 2016 to September 2017. Before joining Golden Gate University, Tayler worked as a Customer Service Representative and Mentor at First Merchants Corporation from October 2015 to April 2016. They also held positions at CSBank, a Division of First Merchants Bank, N.A., including Assistant Manager of Operations, Teller Supervisor, and Teller. Tayler's experience also includes working in sales at Catherine's Christmas from May 2010 to June 2013 and as a Substitute Teacher at Ashtabula Area City Schools from September 2011 to October 2012. They also worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Ohio Wesleyan University from August 2009 to December 2009.

Tayler O'Connell earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Analytics from Golden Gate University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Analytics for Competitive Advantage from Golden Gate University from 2017 to 2020.
